Please make sure your submission has the following information:

1. Your Queries & Requirements. We prefer the following formats - text, MS Word, PDF, MS Excel, scanned images (gif, bmp, jpg, tiff). However, we can also accept other formats.

2. If you are submitting a computer programming requirements you must mention which compiler you are using.

3. Please compress your attachment(s) using Winzip, Winrar, Arj or any other compression program.

4. State clearly your deadline and the due date. We also need to know which time zone you are working in.

5. What is the course you are studying? Which textbook(s) are being used in the class? (This will help us understand your level of study.)

6. If possible, send us any similar assignments you've worked on. (Again, this will help us to understand the level at which you are working.)

7. If you have any urgent query, please include the keyword [urgent] in the subject line.

8. We will reply within 10 hours and in most cases 3 to 4 hours.
